Please note that we have experienced no change to the speed at which we can despatch your item from our warehouse BUT all Domestic and International mail and freight carriers are experiencing significant delays in getting your order to you within pre-COVID timeframes. Therefore, please expect your order to arrive within 10-15 Business days after its’ placement. Ziporah Lifestyle will ship your order from our warehouse in California, USA or Sydney, Australia.  Every order is sent via UPS Ground Service, an International courier service or a National Postal Service unless otherwise noted.

Standard delivery is typically 3-14 business days after placement of your order.

Depending on your location, in 90% of cases your order will be received well before any timeframe estimates. If our warehouse is closed for any other reason, our website will note this in a Page banner; seen on every website page.

We dispatch Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. 

In the unusual event that an ordered item becomes unavailable-or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason-we will notify you within 2 business days.

A tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to track the progress of your order.

Ziporah Lifestyle understands how valuable your order is and we place great importance on delivery security. Therefore, all orders require a signature upon delivery so please choose a daytime delivery address where someone is over the age of 18 years can sign for your delivery. Our couriers offer a door-to-door service.

Couriers do not leave parcels unattended unless you have clearly noted otherwise when placing your order (via the Special Instruction/Notes section during Check-out).

Ziporah Lifestyle does not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery timeframes provided by Ziporah Lifestyle are an estimate only and Ziporah Lifestyle will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you through any delay in delivery. We always aim to do our best but there may be some instances where we cannot foresee delivery delays!


Ziporah Lifestyle offers FREE USA SHIPPING on all products shipped to Mainland USA. There is NO minimum purchase amount required to receive free standard delivery on your order within Mainland USA.

Things to note about international shipping in to or out of Mainland USA:

  • You are responsible for any additional local Customs and Duties on your order. 
  • We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
  • If an order is refused by your country, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

    The recipient of any International shipment may be subject to Customs brokerage fees, import Duties, and Taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the delivery recipient as Ziporah Lifestyle has no control over these Government-imposed charges and Ziporah Lifestyle cannot determine what they may be.
